Our setup and support fees are catered to your business needs. Set up fees start at $1k, one time fee.
In a word: NO. All fees will be outlined and included in your custom quote, including setup, monthly and transaction fees. There are no required third party apps or plug-ins. No hidden charges or surprises. It's all upfront. When you are comparing DTC platforms, consider the extra fees that may be charged for plugins and required apps such as Tock or reservation fees, Shipping fees, Mailchimp connectors, Gift cards, additional web hosting or pages. VinesOS is all-in, no extra fees and no other apps needed.
The ONLY additional fee you will ever see on Stripe merchant rates are for disputed charges, which is a flat $20 fee. (Also, VinesOS alerts you in the Dashboard so you can quickly submit evidence to respond to the dispute and hopefully win it!). There are NO FEES for 1) Refunds 2) PCI Compliance 3) Risk related fees or anything else. It's a 100% flat fee system. We are happy to provide you with a rate review to show you what your actual 'realized' current processing rate is. With all the various merchant processing fees and adjustments, your rate will very likely be SIGNIFICANTLY higher than Stripe flat rates, and a lot higher than what you may think you are paying. We will typically see anywhere between 3% to 8% when doing rate reviews. Feel free to reach out so we can show you how much you will likely save on merchant rates alone.
No. You will need to create a Stripe account that is associated with the VinesOS platform. It is a 5 minute signup process, from within your VinesOS account. Member data can be imported from Stripe, so you can keep processing with your customers cards on file.
Typical set-up time is 30-60 days, but depending on on your need, you could collect new club signups in as little as a few days.
